I have been using Hempvana for over a year now . Both knees are bone on bone. It helps me move around. I also like the new roller device. It's convenient for a quick rub on while you are shopping or driving or otherwise moving around. The rollerballs also glide very smoothly and your cream does not smell.

I use hempvana twice a day the arthritis or the heat in the morning depending on how bad the pain is and at night after I shower I us the deep freeze these creams help me take less of the pain meds I get which is always a good thing
