HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3-5 business days after your return is processed. Hempvana® will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees).
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING ON A RETURN?
There are two options for returning products:
Option A: contact customer service and request a prepaid FedEx label. Simply print and affix the label to your package and drop it off at any FedEx location. A $9.99 return shipping charge will be automatically deducted from your refund upon printing this label.

HELP! I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?
- Select Log-In from the My Account dropdown menu at the top of the page
- Click the link the Lost Your Password link
- Enter the email address your account is associated with. A link will be sent to that email address so you can reset your password
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD
After logging in, go to My Account Details. At the bottom of the page is your Account Details and a link that says Edit Profile.
- Click Edit Profile
- Scroll down and find the password field
- Enter your new password
- Click SAVE
You can start using your new password.
HOW DO I UPDATE/CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Go to My Account Details and click Edit Addresses. You will have the option to edit your current address(s) or add a new address. If you have multiple addresses you can choose which address you’d like to use as the default.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE CONFIRMED?
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail shortly after placing your order which will include your order number and a summary of your purchase.
