I started using the cream Sunday night and all day Monday applied it 5x’s through the day. 4 days later still using almost to the max allowed and I don’t have severe lower back pain. Ordered more for my dad to try on his shoulder that needs replacing but doesn’t have time for being out of commission for 6 months of recovery.
