Great been using for about 7 weeks. Better then "aspercream" or " voltarin" ( sorry sp ?) .

Equal to steroid shots and treatment for my lower back pain that cost me $500 + from the pain clinic here, and that was what my insurance didn't pay.

Also, I don't need to apply it some days but usually apply a teaspoon of cream in the morning and it lasts 24hours. Also my blood-pressure has been consistent with numbers prior to the use.

My lower back pain is a result of scoliosis and arthritic spine and no real surgical fix.

This has been the best Hemp product I have tried. I have not tried the +4xHemp yet, just the +8xHemp. I bought both and started off with the strongest. So I am guessing the 4X won’t be as good. But much better than Hemp EMU!
