The best topical pain reliever
The hempvana with 4% Lidocaine is used by both my husband and myself. Once applied the pain goes away and the relief lasts for hours. both myself and my husband have lots of muscular aches and pains and this by far is the best topical for our pain.

The Stuff Works for a Bad Fall
I fell down steps that were covered in ice on February of 2025. Terrible pain and unable to walk at times. I put this on. And 10-15 minutes later the pain starts to go away. Took a while to find which of the products worked the best. This one works for me.

I have been using the other pain cream with hemp & lidocaine but I thought I would try the one that has more hemp and have found it to be more effective at night before I go to bed. I’m not sure I can keep using it because it is twice as much. If I find a coupon I might!
