Excellent cream to relieve pain and maintain mobility in shoulder and both knees especially with prior surgery. I even found relief in foot that has required injection for arthritic changes On the other foot after surgery for hammer toe, I ve been able to relieve any pain.I’ve found daily use in areas of most pain maximizes resolution of pain in that area but able to use episodic in areas with less severe pain.
