I have been using this for my bladder pain since the Hempvana products came out. It really works and helps so much. I also use it for lower back pain. It works about 3 hours and then you will need to apply more but it worked longer than I expected. I hope they come out with a hemp for feet and leg cramp relief next. Us older folk need it!
