Hempvana Original Pain Relief Cream is High Blood Pressure Safe.* It doesn't contain ingredients known to raise blood pressure. As with any topical pain reliever, check with your doctor or pharmacist if you take other medications, especially blood thinners.
Will it smell like a pain cream?
No. It's odor-free. There's no menthol, camphor, or medicinal smell, and no burning or icy feeling.
What's the active ingredient?
Trolamine Salicylate 10%, an over-the-counter topical pain reliever in the aspirin family, at the maximum strength allowed without a prescription. The cream also contains cold-pressed hemp seed oil as a skin moisturizer.

Active ingredient: Trolamine Salicylate 10% (topical analgesic).
Uses: temporarily relieves minor pain associated with arthritis, simple backache, muscle strains, sprains, and bruises.
Warnings: For external use only. If prone to allergic reaction from aspirin or salicylates, consult a doctor before use. Do not bandage tightly or apply heat to the area. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not use with other topical analgesics. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens, symptoms persist more than 7 days or recur, or redness or irritation develops. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Directions: Adults and children 2 years and older: massage into painful area until absorbed, 3 to 4 times daily. Children under 2: consult a physician.
