My elbows hurt so much that even the slightest touch was very painful. within less than 2 minutes that pain was completely gone. My joints loosened up very nicely. It also helped loosen up my soar stiff and sluggish hands riddled with arthritis. I get nothing out of saying this but the hope that someone may actually believe it to be true and see for their self. It really does work. My only problem is that every joint from head to toe has problems because I have had 90 broken bones and a few major surgeries. some disabilities from corrective surgeries. This causes me to need way more than I can afford to keep it on hand when I really need it , which in reality would be daily ifI had it my way.
