In the event you are not completely satisfied, we'll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price for items returned in their original condition within 90 days after you receive them (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees). Refunds will be made to your original form of payment.
Products returned in original condition after 90 days of your receipt will receive a merchandise credit equal to your original purchase price which will be good towards a future purchase at bulbhead.com (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees).
How to Return
Return on your own via FedEx, USPS or any other traceable method and receive a full product refund. We encourage you to insure your package. Please send returns to:

Exceptions to Our Return Policy
We will replace at no cost, any item received in a defective state (i.e. ripped, torn, or broken).
Consumable items (products that can be diminished or used up) are not returnable once they are opened. However, we will accept a return for any unused and unopened consumable item.
Returns not meeting our return requirements may result in the loss of a refund or replacement. Such a return also will not be sent back to you.
Items received damaged or defective can be exchanged by contacting our Customer Support Team. Select the Contact Us link located in the footer of the website. Enter your Name, Email Address, Telephone and details of your exchange request, including your order number. One of our Customer Support Team Members will respond within 24 hours.
Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds are typically reflected in your account within 5 business days after your return is processed. Hempvana will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
