Thank you for visiting the Hempväna lidocaine recall registration page. Hempväna, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is conducting a recall of the following Hempväna-brand products containing lidocaine:

Description:
These products were not packaged with the child-resistant closure required by federal law. This recall does not affect any other Hempväna-brand products.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased an affected product directly from Bulbhead.com or Hempvana.com, you do not need to register to receive the remedy. You will be mailed either a replacement closure or refund, as applicable, plus a $15 digital coupon code.
As part of the recall, Hempväna will provide the following:
- For the cream products in jars, Hempväna will send replacement, child-resistant lids for these jars. Until you receive the replacement lids, keep the product out of reach of children. After receiving and securing your replacement lid, discard the original lid.
- For the lotion product in a pump bottle, Hempväna will provide a full refund. Please immediately discard the product.
Even with child-resistant closures, please remember that all products containing lidocaine should be kept out of reach of children.
